All the team leaders are very good as they are selected among the employees like us..

No carrer growth and job security, terminations are done randomly without any notice, some employees are also asked to convert their termination into resignation as the company has no solid reason for their termination. Incentive is just a dream here. Politics inside this company is very dirty and filthy. Some one like me cannot survive in this kind of environment. Also, at last i want to say that your dedication and loyalty are wothless here. Somethimes you have to work on sundsys also. I want to conclude that, i have experienced the worst part of my life working here. Furthermore, investigation process is done for finding reasons to check whatsapp and other things.
