At first I thought it was just me who got cheated but a little search on google was enough to assure me that this company has professional cheaters and they have been doing it with many people from the longest time. It was a pathetic decision agreeing to work for them. After more than one year of providing deliverables, they have still not paid me. And they have switched off the numbers they earlier provided and are no longer responding to mails. This is the level of unprofessionalism this company and its people have. Please do not work or do any kind of business/knowledge exchange with them. You will definitely be cheated. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
