Pathetic overall. Consider this job as your Las option. Worst management and HR. No proper professional ethics and no job security. No matter how hard you work, they are not satisfied. Replica of Urban clap but the worst version of it.

Dislikes

No proper hierarchy. Anyone can question you. HR could also act as if team leader. No respect or appreciation. No MIS or proper quality or reports to validate your efforts. Waste of time and efforts. Their strategy is to make you work atleast for 3 months as they promise a hike after 3 months, but before that you will be terminated even before you knowing. No policy. Worst HR. Worst management.

I only have negative feedback working with this company. All illetrate employees are working with no standards and no professional ethics.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I learned many things as Customer Support Executive, and i have attended many types of customers in call i got many good experience and bad also .

Am sorry to say this in this the field I never ever seen in my life in the localramu Online Service HR i will not mentioned her name but she is dominated me. And more over i can say in this company they will not provide on time salary .
