There is no job security here, very worst work culture, management is also not good, because they will take only bucket holder advice, only we can read company policies, but no body will not follow policies.

Very worst politics, some people are working here for a long period, they won't allow other people to work, definitely they will make other people to leave their job. too many bucket holders are staying here & giving trouble to sincere workers. After office hour also we should work here, otherwise they will directly tell as termination. Late night & Sunday also we should work here.
