After working for nearly an year as a Physics content writer I was recently given permanent layoff by this organisation. The reason for my lay off is cited as heavy financial loss for the organisation due to this pandemic situation. So, it will take another three to six months for this organisation to recover from its financial crisis. Also don't expect so much salary from LMES even though if you are planning to join here after 6 months or an year.
