Worst company ever seen.. Nothing to like here Pls donot choose this company!!

Dislikes

1)No proper salary hike 2)Work hr is more than 12hrs 3)They extract our time and complete efforts but not meeting the employee's needs in revert. 4)Gov holidays are also not given, either they ask the employee's to come to work or take leave and apply their paid leave on gov given holidays which is totally unfair. 5)Not all the branches of LMES is treated equally. Eg- As above mentioned, gov holidays to all other branches in Chennai except one or 2 specific branch. This has happened..The employees in those two branches are affected cauz of this.. 6) No proper lunch space to have food.

If you are not working in sales and marketing team you may find the work environment so relaxed.

Dislikes

The company culture promoted very rigid work environment and time flexibility for employee to work within the designated role. The recent CEO doesn't support or respectful atmosphere during the team meeting and often pressures employee to consider resignation. There is no proper CRM for lead management but company expect your team to reach the new leads with in 2mins which is difficult task. Compensation also below industry standard, which does not reflect the level of works and expectations placed on the employee. Employee should agree with CEOs disrespectful feedback else immediate termination, in fact over 5 employees are terminated with in 8 months of period.

The Support and Operations Manager is a disaster to work under. If you're expecting professionalism, leadership, or even basic respect, look elsewhere. Here’s why: Constantly interrupts employees’ conversations, even when it’s unrelated to work, just to pry into their personal lives. Forces employees to handle pick-up and drop-off duties – completely outside their job scope. Clueless about the product – has zero knowledge and relies on a few people to cover up their incompetence. Useless in escalations – even in serious customer issues, contributes nothing. Steals credit for team efforts and presents it as their own work. Feels threatened by female employees, constantly competing instead of leading. Manipulated their way into the role, originally hired for a different team but somehow switched. Zero empathy, makes everything about themselves, and always has a story to one-up whatever you're going through. No leaves, no WFH, not even during shutdowns, rains, or emergencies. Doesn’t care about employees’ well-being. Poor planning forces employees to work on days off, because of their own incompetence. Spreads gossip about employees on the floor and with others. Protects favorites, even if complaints are raised against them. Actively sabotages careers – if they don’t like you, forget about hikes or promotions. They’ll push you to quit instead. HR is useless – anything you say goes straight back to the manager. Do not trust them. Refuses short breaks (2 hours permission) unless you argue and fight for it. Intrusive and controlling – expects employees to share personal details and gets offended if you set boundaries. Destroys team bonding by changing seats if colleagues get too close or comfortable with each other. More interested in games and fun activities than actually doing their job. Despite a decade in the industry, never grew beyond a TL in their last job – and it’s obvious why. Final Verdict: This person is toxic, incompetent, and manipulative. They single-handedly destroy workplace morale, block career growth, and turn the office into a miserable place. If management actually cares about employee retention, this person needs to go.
