Language Barrier: Management frequently communicates in their native dialect (Tamil), making it challenging for non-Tamil speakers to stay informed or included. Poor Work Culture: Work hours are excessive, with employees expected to work on Sundays. The culture prioritizes hours over efficiency or employee well-being. Lack of Transparency: Open communication is not encouraged, and critical policies and procedures are entirely missing. Ethical Concerns: The company is reportedly involved in unethical practices, including tax evasion, land grabbing, and deforestation. Environmental violations are particularly concerning. Minimal Employee Benefits: The only benefits provided are subsidized meals and first aid at the company location. There is no medical or life insurance coverage for employees or their families. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
