Departmental work culture is very bad. discriminate by department head. Many Marathi officers have been dismissed from department. also Being mentally harassment by department head.

Even if you come with new ideas for the betterment of the company, the arrogant director's keep on rejecting your ideas and ask you to complete the task that are irrelevant to your job profile, no growth, no support from the senior's.Dont even dare to join this company.

Unprofessional workplace at head office. Work life balance was not good for my area of work. My HoD was very orthodox-type & his corporate behaviour was way below mark.
