They give you only one subject to teach but the lecture duration is 1.5 hours each and it will 2-3 per day. . Salary is almost on time i.e. 15th of every month.

Dislikes

The worst part is that they will suddenly call you to their office and ask for immediate resignation if they don't like you. Even the senior professors feel vulnerable.

I only learned to do everything on my own as there is no infrastructural support.

The prospects of growth are very uncertain. There is no clear policy. The pay scale is too low.

I was required to take classes and also look after the internship and placement committee. I worked hard and also placed good number of students but then too it was not acknowledged in terms of any incentives.
