American standard working under Grohe leadership is bad. The attitude of Grohe employees were very arogant, A world class brand like American standard is killing by Grohe management, that is pathetic.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
