Either Senior management keeps changing every 6 months or their responsibilities change and then there is no alignments done 2-3 people work is expected to be done by 1 person So When they are considering themselves as a luxury brand not enough staff hired. There is no promotion on basis of merit. It all depends on whose clan you come in. Senior management calls respective heads and tell them to reduce the rating so that the increment given is lesser.
