Likes

The openness of the leadership. You are always heard. Great peers to work with. Open work culture. On certain roles or with certain leaders there is lot to learn

Dislikes

Huge salary gaps on same designations, even for the deserving folks. Someone doing way less than you and being old in the system you might be doing a lot but won't be monetarily rewarded.

Skill development - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: It's depending upon your requirements and how is your understanding with your line manager. If you can deliver sitting at home they don't mind

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
