Salary is decent but career growth is slow, there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

The job is quite interesting, struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.

Friendly n helping staff. As same as all pvt job, perform/achieve n get recognised.

Management cares less about staff. 365 days work. Less Salary High work load, pressure. poor decision making in case of staff hiring n retention. You May be kicked out at any time. Not atall secure job. Bottom level staff has no Medical facilities like ESIC or health insurance.
