Livpure Pvt Ltd is a group company of SAR Group. The Management advise to maintain healthy culture. Also all advance tools are available for up to date learning. Scope of learning and taking responsibilities are always available here.

Dislikes

In this organisation only one person Mr. Saurabh Sinha from HR department is killing the entire culture of this company. Actually he interrupt in job activities of all departments for all position. Whether you are HOD of Finance, Sales, Service, etc., he never let you decide how you can work and improve your job responsibilities. At the same time, he never responds mails in his mail box . He is there from last 8 years and has been boss to all for last 4 years. I request, management, to free from job to Saurabh Jee, Madhusudan Jee, Paresh Jee and few other like such mind set employees for making alive to Livpure and also SAR group....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
