Nothing. The culture is pathetic they have made it look as it the heaven but trust me it's the worst place to work. As they want you to work 24,7 even on holidays, week off night early morning. You cannot have time for yourself at all

The culture is so poor that you are supposed to work continuesly you cannot take break even on sat. And Sunday it's full day work for you. They tell it's a week for sat. And Sunday but you have to work even no comp off is given. The culture is so bad that if you go offline for a min your manager will call and start shouting at you. You have to available round the clock no personal family time. You cannot call in sick. They talk very badly.
