Great place to work and I have 3 years of experience as a teacher. Teachers and staff are very friendly like family . Overall I am so happy with the environment and Dean ( principal) is very friendly and understanding.

Overall, there is a good culture to work in. System and processes are also decent. Work life balance is well maintained.

If you are joining this co. Make sure who is your reporting manager. If Shifaali Kasliwall is one, you should rather prefer to stay unemployed. She calls herself as a leader but she does not understand "L" of a leader. She is the true picture of toxic managers/bosses. She just knows how to snatch her subordinates' credits and then blame him/her about the work. She even threatens her subordinates that she will make their life hell. Working under her is a true mess. She has got one brilliant Talent to sustain in the company just by speaking good English, fake happy faces and agreeing to everything with her reporting manager and not doing much or no work.
