I am incredibly fortunate to work in such a supportive environment. The collaborative culture promoted growth and creativity making it a pleasure to work every day. Our leadership team is supportive and approachable and cares about the employee's growth and development. The workshops and training sessions has significantly helped me improve my skills and advance in my career.

Dislikes

Overall we have great support from the management but more resources would help us perform even better.

It's been almost 2years and the probably the first actual job I landed, got to learn a lot and from the grass root level, which is the best of working in a budding startup.

Dislikes

Sometimes the deadlines does get overwhelming, but then we can take it as a positive aspect.
