Linquest Global's demanding culture may not suit everyone. They expect an entrepreneurial mindset from everyone, which is not always possible, and every individual is different. However, it fosters resilience and adaptability.

I got the change to work from home during Covid days. I have been still working from home and get all the support I need from time to time. My pay and benefits come on time.

Dislikes

WFH policy will no longer will be available and the company is asking everyone to come to office. It would be great if the company is more flexible, and may be starts a hybrid option, where we can work from both office and home.

I have learned so much at Linquest Global. They push you to excel and provide necessary resources and guidance. Founders are visionaries who genuinely care about growth. Though it's demanding and the expectations are high, but the rewards are worth it, if you are willing to put it in the effort.

Dislikes

The workload can be overwhelming at times. Limited flexibility regarding relaxation during office hours due to work load.
