People shouts on juniors using their power of being superior. Politics are there in management. Merely i could say there was growth opportunities since company is more of self centric and did cost cutting part as well. It's said to be a corporate office but environment is like a fish ma rket. I've met people their working die hard and got to know in some time later that they are needy people's. No one seniors want to increase your salary, only they want you work from 7am-10pm. They can use you than through. Company told me to visit different city for work without saying any thing I Visited ther work hard without taking any accommodation again I told please increased my salary they told will try.
