Work Details

I was join lifestyle as a fresher in 2012 at July i have 8 year work with lifestyle two year as a cashier and 6 year as sales excutive and 2 year as a team leader.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
