There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. I work with lifestyle last 5 year but I didn't get a promotion . because of my DM . he have personal issues with me, thats why he regularly point out me And shouting on me. And also in 2019 I gives talent segment (TS) and i top in my store in 4 people. My score is 60% and others score is less than me but his not give me for next round for one to one with area manager. He know about of my work and my capability to handling my team. But he have issues every time with me. After lockdown I realize he is politics with me and I cant get promotion in this company I left the job without a notice period, I doesn't see my future in this company. I thinking I lost my 5 years with this organization. Then I left job, HR gived me only 3k as a full and final. And 24k as a my gratuitie only. He not given me my earn leaves pay. It's my worth experience with lifestyle. And also I know I write this but doesn't change in management. Its only for formality. I write many times in employe server.
