Good work environment & Culture. it's a great place to work & I enjoyed more than 8 years with lifestyle. I like the engagement activities of the store. All the company policies are good. Good support from all the management team. I like to rejoined on next lavel if I god the change.

Job security is the problem. People are completed more the 5 years still company take the resignation from the staff do to covid 19. I work from customer service representative to Senior excuetive in 8 years still I have to resign due to store closed.

The job is quite interesting. I joined as a CSR & through the internal promotion I got the growth. I work in 3 store in my 8 years of experience in lifestyle. I really enjoyed the work life in lifestyle. I got the chance I will rejoined lifestyle.
