Over its good to work in lifestyle however work pressure is too much during season launch. Although policies are very good and so many cultural events , other activities which keeps a person balanced.Company values are good.

Dislikes

There is no clear instructions from upper management during challenging time as things getting changed frequently. Lifestyle don't want to take risk in this competitive market ,always follow safe path but now choosing safe is dipping down the business.

As their are lot of team members in team their is high politics, and everyone have dual reporting if I gave one example concept manager need to report to business manager and territory concept manager as well so something it would be difficult to manage both the boss
