It's all about the team cordinate and working as a family members all time company supporting, always salary are created on time no delay of any situation

I'm giving lots of time and 100% work accuracy but some time I can deserve the promotion but company hiring on other store I can handling all the work team leader head cashier store admin work 40 team members working in my team but company was hiring to family members on that why I can take a nagitiv feedback.

I worked in Home centre, i will say the company is good but the people work there are terrible. The superiors are terrible. So much partiality are there. The work environment is so toxic because of the people.

As their are lot of team members in team their is high politics, and everyone have dual reporting if I gave one example concept manager need to report to business manager and territory concept manager as well so something it would be difficult to manage both the boss
