There is nothing like to say, because it vary from centre to centre. where i m working right now there are few employees are good, and yes company provide amazing rewards to target achievers like tour for abroad, provide Rs 10,000 or more coupons or many more but this is only for target achievers, some team members are so amazing they will always help u where u stuck

Whatever i am writing here is totaly my view what i have seen and feel...again i will write its totally depend to centre to centre because i am in marketing and sales team so In my location or centre, work satisfication is not here due to improper work life balance there is no week off 7 days work, they don't mention there incentive(in which they provide incentive) in the call letter, no fix timing for going home it will be 8 pm or 9 pm nothing, no career growth due to harsh politics...Read More

My experience was great. My teammates as well as my head (Vishal sir) was very helpful and supportive. Work Environment and salary was also good. We easily achieve our targets.

Dislikes

At times the patients were not listened what we want to say about to secure their lives. They usually ignore us. Though we were convinced them because of training we had from lifecell.

when i joined life cell, i didn't get training part from my company. i learned everything on field work like how to talk with clients and how to follow them etc. Patients and confidence are the two things that i learned on field work during counselling with clients. These are the two important things which are needed everywhere and i gained from here.

As a part of this company, i experienced so many things like height of pressure, so much travelling, work a lot and every time pushed me to give more and more time on field. No time limit of going and coming. life was totally unbalanced. there is no place of talent and for value of individual one. Never got appreciation from my boss. And most important things that there is no training part there.
