As I am with selling business , completing target is a concern for me though it's not that hard to complete. And the remuneration what we get is really good and there are lot many compaigs . I would sugges join LIC if u r really good with selling skills

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
