Likes: 1. LSET exam: One positive aspect is that the company encourages employees to clear LSET exam which can be beneficial for skill development.
However, the managers who nominate candidates to attend the exam seem biased. Dislikes: 1. Poor appraisal system: The appraisal system is not transparent. There is limited growth in terms of career progression.
2. No work life balance: The company does not prioritize employee well-being.
3. Strict timings: Employees are expected to log in by 9AM and leaving by 8PM is considered EARLY (official logout time is 6PM).

Feels like going back to jee coaching centre.. very strict environment.
Everything is controlled by HQ. Here people just do few lines of bug fix or forward it to other teams🥲
