For promoters they are paying high salary and for Team leaders they are paying less then a promoter .on an average 20 to 30 there is a difference

For third party employee, company never give opportunity to get absorbed in Company. There is always a separate consideration for offroll and onroll staff, no opportunity for offroll staff to learn and pe a part of of on-roll staff. There should be a opportunity for in ofroll staff to prove themselves in the basis of their yearly performance instead there will be the best hike which will be given to particular staff which is pratice carried forward from many years instead of rating on basis of their performances. Which is totally disappointing. The work balance gets disturbed. The timing of coming to office is fixed but the timing of leaving is not fixed. Incentive is received only for 6 months in 12 months. And promotion is not given.
