Salary is credited on the fixed date without delay Canteen facility available Transport facility is given for people from middle management level

Worst politics, company supports only Managerial category people. Very slow growth. Comparatively low salary ranges. Company does not address issues of employees and not taking care on employees benefit.. Leaves are not encashed and not able to utilise them also due to manpower shortage. Hard working people are not appreciated or promoted.. Promises made by management on promotion or increment on Salary are not honoured......Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
