The company provides various disciplines like Design,R & D, production, QA and QC, Vendor management, packing. To start a career at LGB you have to choose which department you really want, depending upon your acadmic reports you will get desired sector. All above department provides only the surface training and skills.In a engineering sector your have to gain knowledge through experience.

Dislikes

This company only provides only the basis training,and less job security,To place as permanent employee..it's nearly impossible.And minimum wage and also salary increment could be at only in the dreams.
