Also, the organization doesn't have any great career advancement opportunities. You stay in one role for 7 - 8 years. Infact, you will find a lot of people who are in the same role for decades. Glad to be associated with a company having more than 150 years of long standing history. Employees are provided with better remuneration compared with competitors. Employee welfare is something which is given much importance.
