Good company to work for those who want to know the real culture of retail working procedure.

Being worked under franchise so it's really hard to go simultaneously along with Levi's while working I felt like the franchise really need to upgrade the stores along with the latest software as it's still using the oldest version of Microsoft Windows and the worst part is they don't even bother to work upon the Internet issue and even if the IT personal work for it still the same problem would repeat on every two to three days. And the franchise and backed guys are busy playing blame games and the worst part is you can't expect a positive response from your seniors, franchise hierarchy and working procedure is really pathetic and they don't have respect for each other....Read More

If any guy with good attributes and knowledge want to work as retail store manager then it's not a good place to work. It's all about mediokors. The top management of the company is dull and always believe to de motivate the employee and really they are incompetent..
