Likes

It's always hire and fire company. Initial 5 years of the company was good for employees with less revenue. Post 5 years, company ran into cost cutting & made decission of foreced lay off and finally left over engineering team was transfered to another company/vendor to continue the services needed for Levadata.

No job security, company ran into mulitiple times lay offs i.e., minimum twice in a year starting from 2020.
