Nothing good, bad environment, I could see a fake review written by HR that non performance is tolerated, very big lie. BU Solar Head is non performer from last 2years and still has been kept as HR informer, Sales Managers in Solar BU had received awards in 2018 and again in 2019 but the two people have been terminated because of politics played by BU Head and HR head. I am ashamed to be part of this Leoni India company, they just do not think of good performance, HR does not know product, business knowledge is zero but she is politically very good. They cheat, blame people and make false claims, today on LinkedIn HR head has written about "employer of choice" by giving false data, she has cheated all her life and so doing all this in Leoni India. Truth is in the survey very bad results and feedback was against HR. But instead of trying to improve, they are still engaged in politics and lies. BU Solar head only comes for timepass as has no information of projects, enquires, customers, he is big zero and company is suffering because of such people...Read More

From who is eating how much, to who is drinking coffee how many times, from finding scapegoats to make false statements, this is Leoni India, As a company Leoni AG is really good but Indian management has made it bad. If MD sir wants to achieve,HR needs training to be competent. 6hrs when HR is on phone calls doing her personal work, how can it be beneficial for company. Also why COVID removed from Medical insurance, any clarity. everyone searching job but all are upset as our CV not good as we working here...Read More

Leoni is dividing into 6 parts so that other many company can acquired small small portion. Indian management worst specially new managing director who made scape goats many employees just to save his own job. Everyone knows globally that he has not done any thing additional for company in 2 years.

Dislikes

Currently nothing is good in Leoni india. Business is almost negligible as Indian management removed many good people
