Nothing is good about this company. Only one thing i will appreciate that company provided me job at difficult times of covid wherein other company were kicking employees out of the organization.

Before I start discussing all points please note these are based on true facts if u want to ignore my words then go for it and get your life devastated as hell in this company and one day you will regret sure. Work-Life Balance:- Not at all good, always pressure condition of sale pressure from area manager have to attend daily meeting when you are at home or at office. Do extra duty and not getting paid for that. And forget about leaves and holidays need permissions from various persons from management.When you are in leave your staff will call and you have attend unneccessary meetings at home. So dont expect good work culture from this company. Pay and Benefits:- So poor level and third class. Opmetrist get more salary than store manager just imagine and this freak company will encourage you as a leader all the time but in reality as a store manager you are that person who have to face all sought of workload pressure and you have to justify to the higher management no question asked to sales an optometrist so just imagine the condition in what position you are.And dont ask for incentives there incentive structure is too bad. you will get more demotivated. Job Security:- This is very crucial part where everybody wants to know again its too bad if you cant perform they dont give proper training or suggestion to improve yourself and after few months they will tell and force you from internal management to resign yourself. If you dont resign they will harass you transfer you to different location and they will put you in a non performing store and they will continue doing that until and unless you give up yourself. Management: So worst i have never seen no knowledge no respect of your position only internal politics work if you know how to butter your boss then you can expect some growth and improve in your career otherwise no respect in organization. would suggest to try out for a better organization dont fall for this job you will regret oneday for sure....Read More
