Their is no work life balance employee are doing overtime without any pay some time authority will say arrange some snacks for extra duty.company just focusing on sales but among 10 employees 8 are unhappy.Because of work life balance and many more challanges are there like company is giving 14 days exchange and return policy but onthe other hand for the stores they have set the benchmark for return. Trust me I had worked for lenskart atleast 1.4 years at first it was going good but all of a sudden the company policy and people of lenskart is totally useless. If you are a sales executive then you have to forget your self respect you have to clean the mirror glasses, eyeglasses, sunglasses and even you have to clean floor. Guys you will be crying to working here. If you don't get the job then apply here but get ready to face so many problems and hurdles may be you will be sacked by doing some politics. Most of the employees in lenskart Store don't have manner in talking with each other, they behave like uneducated with each other and store manager go to their home for lunch break and they take 2 hours daily for lunch break. And they blackmail each other even on little things. This must be improved otherwise company can face revenue issue. Company must take daily video call meeting with all store employee for 10 minutes or 20 minutes for maintaining discipline and I am saying that this is not happening at all because of this all store employee and store manager are not able to working well....Read More

Vey disappointed from lenskart . He doesn't any care of employees incentevises also cut by the company. No leaves provided by company .The average work period in lenskart only 6 month. No job secure and misbehave by the area managers. No national holiday also not provide compensate leaves 😢 I recommend to doesn't join the lenskart in any circumstances.

Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies. They will make you work for more than 10 hrs without extra pay.They will force you to do more than 10 hours shift just to clean the store.The "happy employees" you see online? FAKE. Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.
