Lenskart has no Regard for your personal life. They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working fo r 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth. They keep saying "what have you done?" There is no appreciation for the store manager or salespeople. They only appreciate optometrists because they think that without optometrists, they can't run the store, but they believe the store can easily run without salespeople and managers....Read More

Company for people They cheated so many customers by changing their warrenty policy- previously year & current customers really don't know about Warranty policy changed from 1 year to 6 month. Customers need to due lenskart. -No incentives -High attrition -Long working hours -They always deduct salary -No compensation pay -Worst insurance policy -Bad Management culture -Worst staff - running this organisation -They always chest customers

No work life balance , zoom calls start at 9am and job shift end at 10.30pm , tech issues due to which salary can be hold any month without prior information and you have to loss your job without doing anything wrong , Highly recommended not to join this company for any designation.
