What a joke nothing you will like it and in lenskart if you are a sales executive then you will be treated like stray dogs

Trust me I had worked for lenskart atleast 1.4 years at first it was going good but all of a sudden the company policy and people of lenskart is totally useless. If you are a sales executive then you have to forget your self respect you have to clean the mirror glasses, eyeglasses, sunglasses and even you have to clean floor. Guys you will be crying to working here. If you don't get the job then apply here but get ready to face so many problems and hurdles may be you will be sacked by doing some politics. Vey disappointed from lenskart . He doesn't any care of employees incentevises also cut by the company. No leaves provided by company .The average work period in lenskart only 6 month. No job secure and misbehave by the area managers. No national holiday also not provide compensate leaves 😢 I recommend to doesn't join the lenskart in any circumstances.

There is nothing to like about lenskart because there is no work life balance if you’re not in the office you have to carry your laptop with you even when you travelling. If you’re stepping out of your comfort zone and working hard without any appreciation then you are most welcome at lenskart

The policies, the management are really pathetic. I had been dealing with a medical suffering since october and despite attaching all the documents on the email requesting for a temporary work from home set up my HR and management didn't give a shit about my medical condition. Just to add the severity about my medical condition, I had a stroke in the middle of october.

Lenskart has no Regard for your personal life. They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working for 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth. They keep saying "what have you done?" There is no appreciation for the store manager or salespeople. Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies.
