Nothing to like, all employees are robotic. Everyone is running like a horse to chase one thing, GRN. NO LIFE BALANCE, U FEEL MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY TIRED in Lenskart warehouse. Those who reading this , please don't join in warehouse plant, I personally saying please All your discision.

No system in plant, all are miss match. Owner,operator head, Hr head, things all are going smoothly but fact was not.

Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies. They will make you work for more than 10 hrs without extra pay.They will force you to do more than 10 hours shift just to clean the store.The "happy employees" you see online? FAKE. This is not good for the future of Lenskart West zone as no one will be able to continue the job at the next level.
