Initially the company was good. Salary and company policy was good.not it's very bad

Dislikes

Working in lenskart is = working in normal kirana store. 1st think the company is against the staffs and they will not think about the staffs they will behave like*street dog*. And the CEO is no good at all he don't deserve to be there, all the co founder is against the staffs. Seriously I am telling i have more to tell some abusivewords but i will not mentioned this. How they are making customer fool like the same way staffs also they will make fool<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Honestly speaking you can't grow in this company, it's like a chit fund company, if you grow also you will not get salary</mark>. Please don't join this company if you are not getting any better company then you join in Local optical but not in LK. And one more thing they will be trying experience people to leave from the company, even you can check LK is a company where the attrition rate is too high....Read More

No carrier growth, No Increment on salary, No proper incentive, Cleaning Store stuffs, Nothing is professional.

Work Details

As soon as I come at store need to clean all the store stuffs, such as table, looking mirror, frames smudges, sometime floors, AC dust,Also, need to check spider web.If anyone else wants to learn how to keep your home clean please do join.
