They don't respect their employees just want to take more and more work from them they don't care of their health one of my colleague optometrist got covid postive because of their careless behaviour ..In the very crucial time of covid they don't take care about the health of employees don't care about the hygiene and sanitization everything is fake in Lenskart .. the temperature gun is not working in the store still they are using it to show their customer that they care .. Horrible experience in Lenskart .. not only health they don't respect their Optometrist too .. optometrist are treated like housekeeper , delivery boy , even optometrist does opening and closing of the shop and selling customer calling , cleans the glasses , and much more.. don't give the proper salary which were shown in CTC and no incentive.. As Optometrist I regret to join this company .. such a horrible experience working time is more than 9 hours.. REGRET TO JOIN LENSKART...Read More
