If anyone have no jobs then try to get job if still 6 months after many trials you didn't get anything then I suggest join the lenskart company.and make sure there nothing you ask forget your 9hr duty it would be 11 hours plus maximum days. And with no job security. After multiple efferts you would listen dialogues from your seniors, and this is not inaf you also ready to answer in 2 to 3 zoom calls in a single day. Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible.
