Work timing is not fix, even if u are a female employee u will not be allowed to leave untill store closing,which is generally 10 pm ,safety is a big concern . Managers are generally terrible . No incentive , do not expect, they give from one hand and take from another .

No proper salary U have to work out of your KRA NO self respect for optometrist they don’t value their old senior employees no incentive no bonus no appreciation they cut salary on each and every mistake u made even to give incentive they have many terms and conditions highet you can eran upto 1.5k Work culture sucks as senior managers are very rude even they disrespect you. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
