What a joke nothing you will like it and in lenskart if you are a sales executive then you will be treated like stray dogs

Trust me I had worked for lenskart atleast 1.4 years at first it was going good but all of a sudden the company policy and people of lenskart is totally useless. If you are a sales executive then you have to forget your self respect you have to clean the mirror glasses, eyeglasses, sunglasses and even you have to clean floor. Guys you will be crying to working here. If you don't get the job then apply here but get ready to face so many problems and hurdles may be you will be sacked by doing some politics. Vey disappointed from lenskart . He doesn't any care of employees incentevises also cut by the company. No leaves provided by company .The average work period in lenskart only 6 month. No job secure and misbehave by the area managers. No national holiday also not provide compensate leaves 😢 I recommend to doesn't join the lenskart in any circumstances.

They say it's a premium process but it's purely domestic. When it comes to policies it's worst. They fooled you at the time of interview about leaves and Indian holidays. The moment you hit production, real scam starts, you will be questioned everytime for the leaves and even for your week offs. No work balance at all.. You are just slave for them. Most of the employees in lenskart Store don't have manner in talking with each other, they behave like uneducated with each other and store manager go to their home for lunch break and they take 2 hours daily for lunch break. And they blackmail each other even on little things. This must be improved otherwise company can face revenue issue. Company must take daily video call meeting with all store employee for 10 minutes or 20 minutes for maintaining discipline and I am saying that this is not happening at all because of this all store employee and store manager are not able to working well....Read More
