Nothing to like they will transfer you from one store other store. Western line to Harbour line there is no job security they fired you any time.Employee can be safe his job only for maximum 3yrs after that they used there technique to harash you by deduction on shrinkage and Transfer.

Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible.
