I worked at this company for 12 months and I can honestly say it was the worst work experience of my life. the management is terrible. The management is terrible. They are constantly micromanaging and unrealistic with there expectation. they don't seem to care about the employees well being at all. The work life is balance is also non existent. i was expected to work long hours, even on weekends, I was often called in at last minute to work on projects. i had no time for my personal life. I would not recommend this company to anyone. if you are looking for a job with good management and healthy work life balance look elsewhere. Managers are toxic and rude....Read More

I am prajwal a lenevo field support engineer .my experience in Lenovo is worst because the company has already suggested me 15 days to quit the job .as my knowledge and skills has always been a credit with the company ,I have learened a lot of skills and knowledge but my amount what we spend as an expenditure is always a tragedy as they never pay me back at wanted time .the branch we work the vendors always play an important part in the job , as they play a vital role in the part of job providers and (pf) alwell as (incentives).I know this is a big company where we don't even get a proper chance to communicate with the higher authority will alsolute privacy .I got this chance here were I told my problems , hope everyone notes these and also share thier desiers .....thanking you all for reading my small problem which I suffer a lot because of my family problems and other cercumtances....Read More

Lenovo has ability to absorb and react as per Market shockers. The culture doesn't believe in taking over night decisions due to change in Market dynamics and stay invested with resources. A lot of effort goes in skill development. Leadership is reachable .

Dislikes

Work Life balance is not up to the mark. If you are on leave , manager will still call and bother one for updates or taking feedback on tasks. Many Saturday's are spoiled due to system flaws.
