1) People Manager not giving enough training to senior employee for next level promotion 2) Giving Promotions to junior employees when senior employee in the team which demotivate 2) Giving higher salary to newly appointing employees than the existing old employees

Lenovo has ability to absorb and react as per Market shockers. The culture doesn't believe in taking over night decisions due to change in Market dynamics and stay invested with resources. A lot of effort goes in skill development. Leadership is reachable .

Dislikes

Work Life balance is not up to the mark. If you are on leave , manager will still call and bother one for updates or taking feedback on tasks. Many Saturday's are spoiled due to system flaws.
