I love the work culture here, being part of this organisation for last 2+ years now, its been really a great journey for me till now and I'm definitely willing to spend more years with Lendenclub. I say that because, the work culture here is truly amazing, the management is always open for feedback and innovations, you get liberty to speak and present your ideas.
