No professionalism whatsoever Ego’s run high, technical competency is next to zero, senior leadership is complacent and are just picking up paycheque after paycheque and do not want to do anything, risk anything.

Dislikes

Incompetency, no focus on efficiency, everything is centralised which takes a lot of time for simple things causing a lot of hinderance in daily operations. Senior leadership needs to change as they are highly complacent.

Management was not good on high level, no one's care about there old people only work work work they want from a person or a associates. I have worked around three years but there is no increment in salary and working hours is too much. No staff recruitment or not as per standard. It's a good property and they are recruiting non graduate staff they don't know how to talk with the people. Lemon tree hotel Dehradun is a great place to learn and groom your self. The culture is really Awsm and creative. At the end this hotel is like a family to work. They train your skills. Overall it was a lovely place for me.

All was good earlier at the time of old GM sir, but now working environment is very bad

Mr Amit fordell as a General Manager Red Fox Hotel Bhiwadi Behaviour is very rude with all the employees, never supported, always abusing HODs and staffs too. Thats the only reason 8-10 employees are leaving. Extra payment to all the vendors and exceed cash purchase has started. New vendors has joined on very high rates. Ex- Car hire, (Ravi).

All are dislikes. I worked for more than 1.5 years no appraisal no increment no salary increase on leaving the company they increased the pay. Salary very very low as compared to other lemon tree. Is you want to learn then join lemon tree only otherwise go through another
