Too much of dirty politics have spoiled the Leighton Culture . Not the right place for Female aspiring to grow in your carrier except for few technical profiles .This company is dominated by Men and no matter how ethical and potentially talented you are the female employees can't reach the top

In Leighton in India they have implemented high level of retrenchment ( during 2013-14) where they normally adopted style of approach in Australia. But in India employees are very closed and compassionate nature. sudden retrenchment created huge number of emotional issues among employees. So that good talents are not keen to work in Leighton. Also huge number of expat community recruited for India created heavy loss for the company where Indian talents were available for all critical project assignments....Read More

My work was, when I joined there was approximately 150 employees were and we could bring talents to India more than 1500 numbers from across the globe and we could secured various Oil& Gas Offshore and infrastructure & building projects from clients.
